Not only do they look amazing, but she was so kind and really made them feel comfortable during the process (which in turn made me feel comfortable). The groomer was on time and very nice. Lucy was nervous but Olga did a good job with her. The outcome was that Lucy looked great. My wife says she has never looked better.
